Income Fund

Targeted Return of 9.5% per annum
The Income Fund is designed to deliver consistent, stable returns while mitigating undue risk.

Growth Fund

Targeted Return of 12% per annum
The Growth Fund pursues private equity-style investments with aligned value systems, targeting mission-led growth, SMEs, and scalable businesses built on ethical foundations.

Property Fund

Targeted Return of 11% per annum
The Property Fund focusses on real estate investments guided by ethical frameworks, targeting high-impact, income-generating developments.

Value Aligned Investment Opportunities

Each of these Funds are open-ended funds, pursuing a minimum raise of one billion Rand per fund. The minimum investment into each of the funds is ZAR1 million ensuring exclusivity and compliance with South African regulations, whilst reducing administrative burden. Each of the Funds has it’s own investment committee which includes at least two non-executives per committee.
