Glenn Henning is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and seasoned corporate finance executive with 20 years’ experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and structured capital markets across Southern Africa. Prior to co-founding Qantara Private Capital, he served as Head of Caliber Capital, Namibia’s largest private debt fund, leading in-country investments. At Qantara, Glenn is responsible for capital structuring, fund strategy, and deal origination, integrating Shari’ah-compliant principles with institutional rigour and a focus on real-economy impact. He also serves as Managing Director of Shearwater Capital and sits on the boards of Numeral Group Limited and Xago Technologies, as well as several regional investment committees.
