The Property Fund focusses on real estate investments guided by ethical frameworks, targeting high-impact, income-generating developments.

A traditional property private equity fund that invests in Shari’ah-compliant property investments.

In addition, after returning the targeted 11% to investors and the 20% to the asset manager, investors will participate in 50% of uncapped upside.

All investments are supported by financing from the Income Fund, thereby enhancing equity returns for Property Fund investors. Locations of these property investments will be determined based on the opportunity identified and the associated regulations pertaining to that jurisdiction of investment.
